Primarily, and most importantly, they quoted an excellent price for my new WRX that was There are several reasons why I would recommend Lithia Subaru. Primarily, and most importantly, they quoted an excellent price for my new WRX that was right in line with my best case scenario pricing. They were very prompt in responding to my correspondence, primarily through email, which made everything very easy. Ordering the car took less than 30 min, so, very convenient. I have two young boys, a 4 year old and a toddler of 10 months, so I expected some disruption signing paperwork etc. When my family and I went to pick up the car, I was pleased to see they had a nice little kids area set up. Kiki was very easy to work with, and totally chill with my 10 month old sitting on the table and my four year old interrupting every 3-5 minutes. The real service is when Kiki offered to watch our two boys while my wife and I did the financing, which allowed us to focus on the task at hand, which was awesome. We walked out with an interest rate lower than expected based on how Lithia acts as a broker for various lenders. So, it really was just a matter of choosing the lender with the best rate (kudos to Geoff, who was very helpful). Overall, I am quite pleased with the whole experience. We were in and out within 3 hours from start to finish. Special thanks to Kiki for the awesome service, great job! More
