Alex was polite, attentive, and so easy to discuss my questions and concerns with. He has gone beyond what I would ever expect taking time to check that the car is meeting my expectations. Ryan Vaughan, the general sales manager, Val Brown, and Alex Wiswall all gave me excellent, courteous customer service. More

Shiny New Subaru We were moving across the country and wanted to buy a Forester just like we had in 2014, but wanted the newest model. We contacted several dealerships We were moving across the country and wanted to buy a Forester just like we had in 2014, but wanted the newest model. We contacted several dealerships but only Lithia was able to find our exact model we wanted and the reserving and purchasing process was very simple. They even provided us with a loaner car while we were in limbo (we had no current vehicle as we moved from Brooklyn, NY)! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I believe we got the best and most honest price as well. Thanks so much to David M and Rick for the help! More

Andrea, in the office, was also incredibly friendly and helped us all through the process. We also found a couple small items (we bought 2013 Legacy) that needed addressing after taking the car home. Devon was very quick to let us know they would take care of the items as soon as possible. We will wait to hear from them but expect the service to be as good as the rest of the experience. More

Went through all of the options for me. When filling out paperwork he was very efficient and didn't take any longer then necessary. Finance person was prepared and explained all the paperwork as we were going through it. I was shown how to work all the equipment the car came with and sales person helped me set up blue-tooth which I have never had. This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Lithia Subaru of Oregon City and will go there again in the future. Also I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More

Two salespeople in particular, Skyler and Kiki, made the difference, helping me find and purchase the right car for my needs. Both were personable and knowledgable, and most importantly for me, they were patient and understanding of my questions and concerns. While I can't speak for the business as a whole, that part of it which assisted me were top notch and first rate. My best decision of the day . . . stopping at Lithia Subaru first. More
