Oh, your pricing is perfectly clear. It's the service upselling - telling me that I need new tires (when Schwab says they're perfectly fine for a couple more years) or offering me a service like a filter change for $100 that costs a couple of bucks for the filter and takes 20 minutes to complete is ample reason why people badmouth dealerships. I understand that you have a more robust environment to support but when I can go to a local shop and get the same quality of service from a qualified mechanic for a fraction of the cost, then your pricing structure suddenly becomes more predatory than supportive.

Hello Lisa, I apologize for the inconvenience our service scheduling created for you and the resulting frustration this caused. During the week we offer oil changes and tire rotations on a first come first served basis and no appointment is required, that said- in the event a Guest requests a specific time to arrive we do our best to coordinate handling their vehicle as quickly as we can by handling the oil change separately from the express line. On Saturdays we do request an appointment due to the limitations we face that are unique to Saturdays.
