Excess oil They are terrible. The customer service is lacking. I took my car there on 1/29/2016 for oil change. I cleaned my wheels by taking them off the vehicl They are terrible. The customer service is lacking. I took my car there on 1/29/2016 for oil change. I cleaned my wheels by taking them off the vehicle a week later only to notice oil splashed around the wheel wells. I called their service department left a message for Daniel to explain what I saw. I got no response. I emailed them a few days, still no response. I called again finally got an apt to take my car back in today 2/15/2016. The tech said it's water. Or road grime. Not water! I showed them the photos I took two weeks earlier the tech said water again. Incensed at that remark I left. My car is 2014. Oil attracts dirt, they called it road grime. Well after three weeks dirt sticks to the oil duh!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. The tech was dismissive and the manager David Mortlock was apathetic to say the least. More

I had an appointment with Melinda Cavanah and from the moment I walked into the door to the time I left I felt a genuine connection with her. She was so kind yet so confident and resourceful; I felt educated and happy at the end of my visit and not once did I feel pressure or mistreated. My experience continued to be great upon meeting with finance manager Geoff Eades as he was very organized and communicated with me, very patiently, as I asked questions about everything. Great staff! So I spent the day searching for the cleanest FJ cruiser I could find. Went to multiple dealerships and they all tired to put on a show and convince me that the FJ on their lot was the best one id find, and that they could "make me a deal". After closely looking at all of them, they were all junk. I decided to go check out the FJ cruiser that Lithia Subaru had. I walked up and was approached by Kiki one of the saleswomen there and she walked me back to the FJ in the lot and didn't try to convince me that I should buy it, or try to convince me it was the nicest one around town. She was very honest and didn't try to pressure me at all. It was probably one of the most laid back interactions I've had with a salesman/saleswoman. I ended up buying the FJ and I love it. I'd definitely recommend this dealership whether you're looking for a Subaru or not. They are very nice and honest people to do business with. More

I have heard horror stories from other when they got their cars at other dealerships, but Kiki was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. She made sure I was aware of all my options, introduced me to a service representative, and even installed the crossbars on my car! I loved working with Kiki and would recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone. More
