A serpentine belt was making noise and needed to be replaced with only about 47k mil I recently had my 2014 Subaru outback serviced at Lithia Subaru. A serpentine belt was making noise and needed to be replaced with only about 47k miles on the vehicle. Although that belt was not under any official recall, the service staff at Lithia took care of fixing it for me at no cost. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles, and both Ryan & Mark were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We had our 10 month old son us, and there was a nice play area that he was able to stay entertained while we were doing all the paperwork. This was another thing that was great about everyone here, there was no one annoyed that we had a small child with us, everyone was very friendly. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I've evert had, and I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone looking for a friendly fair car buying experience. More
