I would say that it is still a car dealership, and buying a car is never going to be something that I absolutely love doing, but I appreciate that they did accept my (justified) counters for more on my trade in, and it felt like they were actually willing to negotiate. This isn't always the case, so I appreciated their willingness to help. I did feel like I was financed through Subaru (JP Morgan/Chase) at a higher rate than I actually could've been through my bank, so that'd be the one thing I'd better research if I were to return. Unfortunately, my credit union called me a day too late, so that's on me for not being more prepared with that piece of it. Looking forward to having a similarly positive experience when I get my car serviced from them in the future. More
