I also loved the waiting area with its big TV, free snacks and drinks, comfortable chairs, and cafe bar tables and stools (this came in handy for my accompanying father-in-law who patiently waited for my wife and me to make our decisions). Even when we had to return our purchased vehicle the next week for repair (due to a freak accident), we found Lithia to be welcoming and communicative. Service of 2011 Subaru Forester I went in for a simple oil change and replacement of two headlights. Unfortunately the last place that I had change my oil stripped the drain plug ma I went in for a simple oil change and replacement of two headlights. Unfortunately the last place that I had change my oil stripped the drain plug making it impossible to remove. The Service Advisor, Daniel Perry came to talk to us about our options. We agreed to have the service Tech use an air hammer as gently as possible to break the plug loose. We were advised that such an action could damage the oil pan, we were also given an up front price of an oil pan if damage occurred. We were lucky and the Tech, ( last name Wood), was able to break the plug loose and drain the old oil. The headlights were replaced and we were on our way. The wait wasn't all that long considering what needed to happen and the waiting room is a pleasant area. I would really recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone needing repair work. In the event I need to replace my current Subaru I would go there. Based on the service we received today I imagine their sales team is just as efficient. More
