Fantastic Car Buying Experience with DK and Patricio I purchased a new Impreza from Lithia Subaru in August 2015. Since I already knew I wanted to purchase an Impreza going into this search, after months I purchased a new Impreza from Lithia Subaru in August 2015. Since I already knew I wanted to purchase an Impreza going into this search, after months of saving and a couple of weeks of online research (Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars.com, and Realcartips.com), I was ready to solicit quotes from all of the the dealerships in my area and compare these quotes with my True Car new vehicle certificate from Consumer Reports. Lithia Subaru had the most competitive Target Price (via True Car), and as it turned out, they had the most competitive price when I contacted one of their sales persons, David Killion (DK), over the phone. Despite that, Lithia didn't have my first color choice so DK called me back the same day to see if I'd consider a different color if Lithia could lower the price on the Impreza. DK answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and was helpful but never pushy. Since I was about to leave on a big road trip and needed the vehicle within a span of two days & on DK's day off, the remainder of the car purchase experience was completed by his equally knowledgeable and competent colleague, Patricio. Patricio provided me with all of the requested specs in writing prior to me visiting the dealership so that the entire purchasing experience was transparent and delivered as promised. Patricio spent a lot of time with me showing me how to use all of the features and answering my many questions. His sales style is patient, thorough, and yet still efficient. Because of this, I did not have to negotiate at all with respect to the purchase of the new Impreza; the out-the-door quote that Patricio e-mailed me was the same OTD price that I paid for the new vehicle. In sum, I highly recommend both DK and Patrico; they work just as well independently as they do as a team, and both provide outstanding customer service. I also highly recommend the dealership, Lithia Subaru of Oregon City, which overall provided a low pressure, transparent, and pleasant car buying experience. More

Perfect First Solo Car Buying Experience! I'll admit, on my way to the dealership I was prepping myself for a high pressure experience, as this was my first car buying experience without my hu I'll admit, on my way to the dealership I was prepping myself for a high pressure experience, as this was my first car buying experience without my husband present. I was trying to talk myself into some toughness, but when I arrived and was greeted by only one, very friendly person asking if they could assist me (as opposed to a swam of salespeople) I began to relax. Once I met with Mark, I found out he had already had the car pulled around and was ready to go for a test drive. Everything went quickly from there. The test drive was incredibly informative as Mark is very knowledgeable about the product he sells/represents. When it came time to discuss price it became evident the first vehicle wasn't the right fit for my budget. Instead of putting any pressure on me, Mark immediately took me to another vehicle on the lot that nearly identical to the first (save for a couple minor accessories) that was an absolute perfect fit! There was nearly no negotiating (though I HAD done my homework/research and feel I got a great deal!) and everyone was super easy to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured into anything (terms, car, extras, etc.) that I didn't want. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone (including my parents) who is in the market for a new Subaru. More
