I had a concern because the car comes stock with Summer tires and it's December in Oregon! DK got me a fair price on a set of all-season tires and went the additional mile of helping me sell the tires I did not want. I only dealt with one person until the final step in the business office of completing the paper work. Overall a very positive experience. More
