I had the time of my life. So accommodating, positive, professional. The sky was the limit. Rick did a great job of closing and doing the financial part and selling me on some things that would keep my car with a shiny and protected paint job. He explained the process to me and the way the "clear bra" would allow longer protection for my beautiful paint job. They also shared with me the importance of having a special sealant on the upholstery and carpet to give it a longer life span. This was my first brand new car and I am retirement age, it was the most fun and I would love to do it again. I plan on having a long relationship with them. Thank you Ryan & Rick. Efficent Was able to get used vehicle I wanted from listing on Internet in a very efficient manner. He had the auto available when I arrived for the test drive and understood that I was not ready to make a commitment on a purchase. When I returned later the same day for another test drive with my daughter, he was kind and considerate and more than willing to go the extra mile. He again did not push me about the purchase. The auto was still available the next week when I was ready. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as we finished the paperwork. Thank you for all of your help.
