Great family atmosphere Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience - I was hesitant at first, even getting out of the car to look at the used vehicles and did not know what Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience - I was hesitant at first, even getting out of the car to look at the used vehicles and did not know what to expect. Then Ryan, also known as "Hulk", assisted us right as we were on the sidewalk getting out of the car. We went in expecting to purchase a vehicle we viewed online, but then seeing it in person changed our mind. In our indecision, Mark was brought in to provide exceptional service as he walked us around the entire lot. He then showed us a 2009 Subaru Forester, which was the perfect fit. Then it was off to do the paperwork.... The waiting area for customers is amazing - our children were able to watch movies and sit in their own size recliners. Their hunger needs were fulfilled with the assortment of snacks - popcorn, hot dogs, granola bars, gummy snacks and water. Coffee and hot chocolate were available too. The bathrooms were clean and there was even one designated for families. We also were having a real hard time saying good bye to our current car and were happy to know we could keep it and did not need to use it as trade. Throughout the entire time Mark and Hulk were personable, respectful and made the process a positive experience. The finance manager, Rick, was very nice and explained everything thoroughly as well as presenting us with additional options. Since there was no lot attendant at the time Mark and Hulk personally washed the vehicle before we drove it home. The teamwork demonstrates commitment to quality service and truly took the stress out of purchasing a car. More

My sales associate, Alexander Wiswall did an amazing job listening to our needs and wants with our new vehicle. We were also trading in a free and clear trade-in, that the Sales Manager (Val) did a great job giving us a great deal on! We have a 5-year old son who was at the dealership after a long day at school. The dealership employees did a great job entertaining him so we could do our paperwork. Rick Norwood in the Finance Department did a great job expediting our paperwork. We were in and out of his office in 15 minutes! This was one of the BEST vehicle purchase experiences we've ever had. I will definitely always give Lithia Subaru of Oregon City an opportunity to earn my business every time I'm in the market for a Subaru. More
