She had accurate responses to my questions, and when I threw a curveball question that I know nobody would know. She responded with an honest I don't know but let's find out together and located the correct anwser. Other dealerships either gave a BS Anwser or changed subjects. Not only was Kiki honest and upfront, She went the extra mile in keeping our kids entertained so we could think it through without the constant kid interruptions.
