I looked online at other dealerships in the Portland area but decided to go to Lithia because it was close by and Oregon owned. I brought a friend with me and everyone at Lithia was polite and friendly as I let them know my specific needs for a vehicle and the budget I felt comfortable with. It was a busy day at the dealership but I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. David Meltzer helped me narrow my choices down and took me out on a test drive in a Forester that fit my needs. He was helpful through the process of buying and very considerate of the few concerns I had. I didn't feel pressured and felt that my business mattered to him. After David helped me through the buying process and Shaun O'Malley finished my financing I was driving home feeling relieved and good about my purchase. The friend that was with me said he wished he would've gotten the same experience when he brought his Forester in Vancouver that I got at Lithia and I think that says everything! More

(No other dealers in the area had the 2016 in the color we wanted). I was met by Jarred Whited, a very knowledge sales consultant, who was able to explain every detail about the car. This is our second Subaru Forester and this dealership is superior and fair to work with. Because I was impressed with Litia Subaru, I recommended it to our close friends, and they in turn went the same day and purchased a Subaru Forester. I will continue to recommend the dealership to my friends. More

He delivered exactly what we were looking for. David Mortlock was excellent to deal with and sign papers with. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We wanted to make sure we dotted our i's and crossed our t's and David helped us do just that. We also ordered a few "extras" for our new vehicle and Leah from parts was AWESOME! Service Request Very, very disappointed in customer service. I never was able to talk with a service tech/person. I needed to determine the best process to get a new air conditioner compressor. This was not an inexpensive service. I feel if I had an emergency, service could not be relied upon. Too bad as they are convenient for me to use. More

Awesome customer service I walked into the dealership and Kiki immediately greeted me with a smile and a hand shake.
