Customer Service We had a good experience with Gene & Andrea, they were very polite and friendly. My wife and I found the car we wanted and Andrea took care of us wit We had a good experience with Gene & Andrea, they were very polite and friendly. My wife and I found the car we wanted and Andrea took care of us with the financial process. The only downside was when we sat down to talk about the price. The haggling with the guy behind the glass began. We told Gene what we could afford and things went from slow to a crawl. In the end they gave us exactly what we proposed at the beginning and just moved some numbers around to make the deal happen(3hs)later. We understood they were going to get on the phone and find a lender but, come on guys we came in prepared and it turned into a long day. Gene was great, he bent over backwards to get the service department to fix a couple of things with the car. We knew that we were buying a used car and the sale would be AS IS. Thank you Gene. Andrea was the bomb (she made the deal) She was patient with us and explained in detail the paperwork along with a bonus giving us a 2 year extended warranty. If Andrea had been behind the window we would have been done in half the time (JUST SAYING )!!! O.C. Lithia Subaru has a good mid-level used car inventory, they beat all the other dealers in that area along with their Service Dept. Service guys did their best. Yes we would come back for a new car next time but, we would have our financing lined up. More

Best car buying experience We came to look for a used Subaru. They had a great selection of used Subaru's and we quickly found our dream car. Kiki met us at the door. She was friendly, personal and didn't give off the "car salesman" vibe that you usually find at a dealership. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to deal with a honest and get er done sales person, there aren't a lot like her out there! Only complaint I had was with the car, not sales. A week after buying it we found out that it needed both brakes and wiper blade replacement, this was kinda a disappointment when spending so much on a car, but hey you can't win them all. I will just remember to check these things myself next time and not rely on a dealer mechanic. More
