He figured Kiki had a car that I was looking for, so he brought her over and she showed me the car I ultimately bought. They let me think it over for a night or two without being pushy at all. When I went in to purchase the car, everything went pretty smoothly and they worked hard to get me the best loan and interest. I highly recommend Lithia and Kiki Stonebraker. The experience was unique and pleasant unlike an a dealer in Beaverton I won't mention . More

Went in fully on guard - left happy and relaxed My husband and I went in to Lithia Subaru of Oregon City saying we would *not* buy the first car we saw - and left with exactly the car we wanted, and My husband and I went in to Lithia Subaru of Oregon City saying we would *not* buy the first car we saw - and left with exactly the car we wanted, and happy with our purchase. Kiki did an excellent job listening to what we wanted - a repeat of the previous Subaru we'd bought, about 10 years old with about 100,000 miles for about $10,000, with a manual transmission. She floated a couple of options by us, but by the time we'd spent some time discussing how we live with our car - team driving, sleeping in the back with a dog or two, towing a Harley or two, cross-country skis thrown in the back with dog - she'd whittled down likely options to the sole manual shift car on the lot. We got in, drove around the (extended) block, and felt right at home. For a new saleswoman, Kiki showed great confidence, in addition to great listening skills, paying attention to what we wanted and working to meet our needs. She asked for help from her mentor Val when needed, and he cross-checked her work, which in fact didn't need any correction. Kiki and her manager Val were a pleasure to work with. David did a great job guiding us through the paperwork, and amended it when we had a question about one of the terms we'd discussed with Val and Kiki. They also addressed some general concerns I had about dealing with Lithia. I've been unable to find the case I had in mind, and won't mention it in this post. Val addressed my concerns head on to my satisfaction We were fully on guard prepared to fend off aggressive sales staff. Instead we found friendly, cooperative, professional folks, and left with the car we were looking for, happy with our purchase, and the people that had sold us the car at Lithia. Susan and Gary More
