Best time I've ever had purchasing a car Let's face it, often purchasing a car can be worse than going to the dentist. The hovering sales people, the high pressure, the games . . . I had NONE of that at Lithia Subaru in Oregon City and with David Killion, our sales person. Everything was honest, above board, and low key. We asked to drive two Foresters, just different packages, and David took us out willingly, even though they were basically the same car. Smart decision on his part, we opted for the more expensive model loaded with all the features we had dreamed of. And when it came time to sign the papers, we got to have the charming young woman, Andrea Cook, run us through all the paperwork. It was such a pleasant experience, we came back with milkshakes from Burgerville for both David and Andread. BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER! More

From the moment I first contacted the internet sales department he was responsive, a David Meltzer did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. From the moment I first contacted the internet sales department he was responsive, and great at following up to check in with us. We were very particular on the color and features we wanted in a vehicle. He found us the exact car we were looking for, and we waited about 2 weeks for the vehicle to arrive. When the day finally came to pick up our new Outback. David had all the paperwork organized and ready to quickly get us into the Finance Managers office. Rick Norwood did a great job explaining all of our options and is great to work with. He did a great job, and presented plans that match our financial situation and needs. Great guy to work with. After visiting the finance department David took us out and explained all the new features of our new outback. He took me for a test drive and showed me how all the features work. We actually spent about an hour and a half going over all the features of the new car. I actually feel like I can use all the features on my new car. (Which normally, I'm completely lost) My last car was a MINI Cooper, and I still had no idea how to properly use anything.. He did a wonderful job.
