Probably the most enjoyable auto purchase I have ever made ! I had been surfing the internet for weeks for everything from Chevrolet to Honda and Hyundai. I visited several dealers and made several test drives. There was constantly heavy pressure to buy now. To be honest Subaru was not even on my list. I happened to see the Oregon City Lithia Subaru website and the new 2015 Outback. It looked great and my wife and I decided to go see it. We were helped by Gene Rude. He was a wonderful person to deal with. He answered all our questions and after the test drive asked if he could help with anything else. We explained we wanted to think about it and would get back to him. At no time was there any "you need to buy now" or other pressure of any kind. He followed up our visit with an email with additional information we requested and invited us to contact him with any other questions. I returned to see him and purchase the Outback. He helped me with all the paperwork and was again great to deal with. Dealing with the finance guy was another great experience Rick Norwood was very helpful and explained everything in a way that was very understandable. He explained other options I could purchase and when I said I wasn't interested he moved on with no pressure either. Overall a great buying experience. If you dread car shopping, you may want to consider Lithia Subaru. My experience was great !! More

Twice now they've made me feel valued and very happy. I bought a used Subaru from this dealership two weeks ago, and while the buying experience was good, the service center is amazing. I took my newly purchased car in after realizing my brake light went out and Jeff in the service center fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me a cent. Then a few days later I went back in because I noticed my passenger window wasn't working correctly. Robert explained to me that the team discovered a thief had attempted to break into my car and bent a rod in the door. They removed the bent bar so that the window again works properly, and again they did the job for free. I recommend this dealership for their awesome guys in the servicing center. They make their customers feel valued and respected (which is saying a lot for any woman who's ever dealt with typical mechanics before). More

The night we picked our car up, Annie spent an hour after the dealership had closed explaining how to use the dashboard. Next time we need a new car, we will be purchasing another Subaru from Lithia.
