My experience with Lithia Subaru of Oregon City was absolutely fantastic, there is a reason why they have such a high rating! I walked into the dealership with the goal of finding out more about the c absolutely fantastic, there is a reason why they have such a high rating! I walked into the dealership with the goal of finding out more about the car buying process-as this would be my first new car purchase. I knew what I wanted to purchase, so that aspect of the decision making was easy. I was gracefully stepped through the process by Andrea (Annie) Cook, as we discussed the options for what was available. The whole process took roughly an hour, and by the end of that hour I was fully informed as to what it took to make a purchase, and I had put a deposit down on a WRX to be delivered a few weeks later. During that time, I was kept in the loop as to the progress of the delivery, as well as exceptional assistance with any questions I had. The car was delivered a week before expected, and by the time I showed up that evening, all of the accessories I had ordered were already installed and ready to use. The signing of the paperwork was quick and painless. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained to me, and laid out in each document I received. After all the paper work was complete, I was given the tour of my new vehicle. Annie explained and demonstrated all of the unique features of my car, and got me all set up to enjoy the vehicle. This whole process took exactly an hour, which was much less time than I had expected. Overall this was a fantastic car buying experience, and I will most certainly be referring friends and family back to this dealership in the future.
