After we signed all the papers and left the dealership, the first thing may wife said was "Wow, that was much better experience than the last time I bought a car". Sterling was the person that took us on a test drive and was very good at answering all our questions. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge as it helped us make a good decision. A week later we were put in touch with DK, who helped locate the car that we wanted and he delivered on his promises. I work in sales myself so I know how things go to make a sale. The greatest compliment was that my wife never felt pressured, never felt uneasy, never felt like they were being deceitful, and really felt comfortable with this dealership and the people that helped us. DK actually came in on his day off to meet with me and hand me the keys a couple days after we did the paperwork (the car had to be brought over from another dealership). Becky was also very nice to work with on the financing end of things. All in all, I would buy my next car there and would recommend others talk with DK before buying their next car. More
So after looking for a while online for a specific model car I find it at Lithia Subaru... A "premium" model wrx with leather and sun roof.. Long story short, I make a phone call to see if it's still in stock. It was so I make the 70 mile drive to go make a deal, I show up and it has cloth interior without the sun roof... I was a little disappointed. I decided I wanted to make a deal anyway... After they apprised my trade wanting to give me $1000 below what I told them I wanted from it we started talking about their "premium" wrx without all the "premium" stuff at a "premium" price... They aren't willing to budge at all on price and kinda shoved us out the door saying they wouldn't be able to make a deal... I've never been to a dealership that wasn't willing to fudge numbers a little bit to make a deal and send happy customers down the road. Mind you this is my second time at this dealership I AM A RETURN CUSTOMER. This first time around wasn't the best either. And mind you the amount they were willing to pay for my trade was only $1,500 less then the price they are asking for their "premium" car!!! Who can't make a deal work with that!?!? More

All staff were very friendly and accommodating and made the process as quick and easy as possible. What truly made the experience was the specific staff member I worked with, Matt Artz. Matt was very personable, laid back and helpful. He seemed to be a real exception to the stereotype of car salesman and was very genuine in nature. My experience with Matt felt more like hanging out with a new friend rather than a business deal. I would highly recommend that anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle from Lithia Subaru of Oregon City request that they deal with Matt Artz. Becky Clausen in financing was also very friendly and helpful, especially in dealing with the titling/registration of my vehicle out of state. More
When I first visited here and purchased the car with salesman RJ, the experience went great. Not pushy at all and very very good to work with on getting my new car. A+ salesman, however within the next month les schwab would find that one wheel was bent beyond repair and another was WELDED, yes I said it, WELDED together. I immediately had to buy new wheels because obviously I would never want that kind of safety hazard on my vehicle. I brought this to the dealers attention immediately and they seemed like they wanted to handle i! Within a short period of time they had responded and corrected the issue without hastle. Going into my first car buying experience I had been warned to watch out for salespersons trying to push their agenda. Not with this dealership. I worked specifically with Annie Cook who made sure I was always comfortable and that I walked away from the dealership with the best car possible. She was knowledgeable, friendly and I am very happy to have had my first car buying experience with her. Even after I purchased she has continued to check in with me to make sure I am completely happy and have everything I need with my new Subaru XV. A friend recommended Val Brown (the little guy) to show me a new Subaru Forester. Christian Miller was asked by Val to answer any and all of my questions. Christian had so much knowledge of these cars and their engines, I was amazed. These guys are FANTASTIC. They didn't push me into buying anything, they just helped me make a decision. I do not appreciate "pushy" salesmen....and they guys are not pushy. Christian spent a lot of time going over all the features of my new car. Val made sure everything was handled correctly and that I was happy with the services and the employees there. The test drive convinced me that I needed and wanted a new Subaru Forester. I read online that it is the top SUV for 2014. What is interesting is that we actually have a 1999 Subaru that we keep in Maui and it runs great with over 140k miles. I am hoping for 200-250k miles on my new Forester! Rick Norwook, the F & I Manager, completed all the paperwork in record time. He answered all my questions and is organized and very professional. He even put up with my 4 yr old grandson coloring all his papers and desk. Thanks guys, I would recommend your services to all my friends. We were looking for a used car fir my son and had some specific needs. Patricio was great. Very friendly and accommodating. David Killion was nice in person and before the sale was completed. He assured us that Lithia was different than other car dealerships and that they truly wanted us to have a good experience. The tires on the vehicle I purchased had been mounted incorrectly on the tires and David said it would be no problem to have that fixed. In fact, he told me I couldn't use that in my negotiation because "it's a safety issue and we can't send it off the lot that way." The tires were supposed to be fixed before we left the dealership that night. After we signed all the paperwork to complete the purchase, the story changed. David then told me they couldn't do it that night because it was too late. David said the Lithia in my hometown could fix it since they are all the same company. After the paperwork was signed and the purchase finalized, David said he couldn't let me take the vehicle to the Lithia dealership near my home because the person who made the mistake at Lithia Subaru Oregon City would have to fix it without being paid. They also said it would be a "hassle" for them to fix it. The last thing I want to hear from a dealership after I've spent hours and thousands of dollars is what a hassle fulfilling their promise will be. The one positive thing I can say about my experience is that David Killion suggested we provide a review on DealerRater. He told us stories about his satisfied customers and that he always follows up to make sure they are satisfied. Well, I fixed this issue on my own after David and his manager refused to return my phone calls about the tires. My warranty explicitly stats that warranty service may be done at any Lithia dealership. I fixed what David Killion referred to as a "safety issue" on the truck he sold me with no help from anyone at Lithia Subaru Oregon City. It's been several months and I'm confident David is never going to call me. A car dealership is a car dealership. This one is no different, so don't listen to their stories about being so different. They are greedy and heartless just like the rest. I have a young family and you put our lives and safety at risk. Shame on you, Lithia Subaru Oregon City and David Killion. More
