Waited 2.5 hrs for scheduled appointment oil change. Was my 1st time in and wasn't sure where to go to check in. After I checked in on time for oil change, my vehicle sat for an hour. When I asked, they had my 1st time in and wasn't sure where to go to check in. After I checked in on time for oil change, my vehicle sat for an hour. When I asked, they had misplaced my paperwork so hadn't started the service. Waited another 1h 15mins until service was complete and I could check out. Quick once they started it but long unnecessary wait. Had to run home to get on a meeting I was almost late for. Hope next time goes better. More
