Very busy shop. Drop off very crowded. Had to park in driveway and walk up to service counter. Had to wait 15 minutes to talk to service writer. Waited 2.5 hrs for scheduled appointment oil change. Was my 1st time in and wasn't sure where to go to check in. After I checked in on time for oil change, my vehicle sat for an hour. When I asked, they had my 1st time in and wasn't sure where to go to check in. After I checked in on time for oil change, my vehicle sat for an hour. When I asked, they had misplaced my paperwork so hadn't started the service. Waited another 1h 15mins until service was complete and I could check out. Quick once they started it but long unnecessary wait. Had to run home to get on a meeting I was almost late for. Hope next time goes better. More
