First visit I waited 3 hrs for an oil change because they didn’t have the correct filter, which I called in advance to make sure they had!!! Second visit they changed oil but were unable to reset electro didn’t have the correct filter, which I called in advance to make sure they had!!! Second visit they changed oil but were unable to reset electronics so that Mini knows I had the oil changed. Guess I’ll drive the 50+ miles next time for better service. Do have a nice waiting room!
