To start, I love my car. And I think the deal made on it was absolutely fair and my complaints are not with that, the financial department was amazing and completely saved the deal because I almost walked. was absolutely fair and my complaints are not with that, the financial department was amazing and completely saved the deal because I almost walked. But the experience with the sales department was the opposite, we had a new salesman, who wasn’t directly offensive but didn’t keep opinions to herself and upset my fiancé multiple times, we made an offer and she said told us point blank “yeah no that will never happen” we insisted she submit it because we did our homework and sure enough it was accepted instantly! Again, great financial department. The car had yet to be detailed it was new on the lot. I complained about how dirty it was and asked if it could please get detailed, they said it had been but they would wash it, detail the inside, and fill up my gas tank. I was so pleased. Until we were finished singing they handed me my keys and we left. The tank was at a 1/4, it didn’t get washed, and the inside was covered in a layer of dust/dirt. We were so exhausted we left. That was our choice and I know I can’t complain to much about how we came home and detailed it ourselves but the fact that I had to detail a brand new car really bothered me after they said they would. They held the carfacts report till the end. I was very upset that after buying my car I found out it had a minor insurance claim. In the end I do love my car, I think they were fair in the deal they made us and I have had it professionally detailed on the exterior to fix some imperfections and it’s like a totally different car. But if it wasn’t for Geoff, I would never go back. I highly recommend asking for him! Also this shouldn’t reflect on purchasing a new car, I’m sure the process is way different. More

Tony was kind and gracious with this deal, and I trusted that I was being partnered with people he trusted. Cory called me and scheduled a time for me to come in and meet up with Ryan.
