I almost never write bad reviews, but unfortunately today I have to make an exception. Keven was incredibly rude when I told him I would be passing on the Impreza due to some concerns my mechanic found after I have to make an exception. Some of his comments, word for word, included: "Well enjoy driving your Ford Ranger, I guess" "Are you telling me that all Subaru drivers are wrong?" "I'm sorry your mechanic scared you away" My mechanic found that the AC compressor was nearing failure, and the head gasket would need to be replaced within the next 15k-20k miles. Between these two items, the total repairs would cost around $2100-$2600. Keven, you should have stayed a welder. More

I took my car in for a rear coil spring recall notice that I received in the mail. I called up Lithia Subaru, and was connected to a service rep, who then scheduled me in, with the date I needed.
