JRPDX, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with everyone. I am sorry that the whole process left a bad taste in your mouth. We as employees never wake up in the morning with the goal or intent to let our customers down. I would agree with you that it would seem that in your case, we did. Not only did the process seemed confusing but it took longer than you expected. For this, I sincerely apologize. I will, however, refute your assertions of illegality and failure to follow Covid-19 guidelines. We have multiple sanitizer dispensers located throughout the facility. All of our employees wear face coverings with the exception of two of our finance managers who have pre-existing medical conditions that prevent them from doing so. These employees have plexiglass shields in their respective offices. Please understand that a failure of understanding of how a transaction is structured or our failure to clearly explain said transaction does not mean that anything illegal is afoot. It is certainly your right as a consumer to share your opinions however, your assertions are serious ones. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and explain any concerns that you may have regarding this. Please contact me regarding the replacement of your tires. I would consider paying for the cost of your replacement provided the service provider that you used can provide affirmation of the safety concern. It would seem however that we are well past the point of salvaging this into a positive experience given your review. I am happy to try if you are open to allow me to. Hi Ryan. We bought our car back in May. At that time, I reached out to express my concerns regarding all of this. You responded to my email then, without the offer to replace the tires. I do appreciate the offer as it’s what we asked for originally. And, back in April/May when we visited, there was one single container of Clorox wipes on a table by the door. Many employees were not wearing masks. Even in our time with Keven, he had his mask on and off several times. I’m happy to hear you’ve implemented safer covid protocols, but at the time, it really freaked me out. Our purchase was the first time I’d gone in public since we started lockdown in March, and it didn’t seem like there was anything beyond a suggested mask rule. I really do appreciate the offer about the tires. I will email you next week for details. Like I said originally, the dirty interior/exterior (we were told the cat would be detailed during signing process) and the tires were the parts we hoped to have fixed. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
