I only have service done here so I have nothing to compare it to. My biggest complaint is the condition of the waiting area. The seats are very stained and I don't think have ever been cleaned. At this point they just need to be replaced. I won't sit in them. No one seems to care if it gets cleaned up. More

I choose to wait. Also when I know my vehicle will only need an hour of work why not just wait. Friendly service , direct honesty, speaking with me in person about what is going on with my vehicle, and thoroughness. Those are qualities I value and get. More

Emergency Repairs Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and locat Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. We turned around and located Lithia Toyota. The on-board computer indicated a misfire in Cylinder 4, but when they got it into the shop the problem (naturally) disappeared. The service manager, Robert, made a call as to his best guess on what was causing the problem, and suggested replacing the fuel injector. They had us back on the road in 3 hours and we were able to complete our trip without any further problems. Many thanks to Robert and his team for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly so we could complete our trip on schedule! More
