You did not fix my car’s air conditioner even though you charged me for it. You obviously didn’t even test it once you supposedly put Freon into it. Shame on you. charged me for it. You obviously didn’t even test it once you supposedly put Freon into it. Shame on you. More

Visits are confusing. Where are we supposed to go? No signs say “park and come inside”. And at the last minute signs do say, “oil changes line 4” “service line 5” too late to get in the correct line. signs say “park and come inside”. My husband was went inside but noone greeted him or told him which of the many people’s desk to go to. My service guy didn’t wear his Covid19 mask over his nose (so why even wear a mask, what’s the point?). What if I was a cancer patient or had a baby with me? Disrespectful. Also they couldn’t find my key. Then when they found it, and I drove home, a tire pressure emergency light came on. They were supposed to check the tire pressure. Seemed like they weren’t quite finished servicing the car. More
