I actually love taking my car in for service at Lithia Toyota in Medford. The service department is bar none, the best service department I've ever been to in my life, hands down. I was told that the technician accidentally broke a small part of a cap on a reservoir tank. We were told that they would order another one at no cost. Was then called when replacement arrived.
