Oil change visit. The service tech marked that he had done stuff that actually wasn’t. I spoke to a service tech inside and it was confirmed that the tech had not filled the washer fluid reservoir and fl done stuff that actually wasn’t. I spoke to a service tech inside and it was confirmed that the tech had not filled the washer fluid reservoir and floor mats were not vacuumed. Both things had been marked off on the checklist and multipoint inspection. Julia was very responsive to fixing the issues caused by the failure of the service tech completing the job.
