I called Mr. Grossman who I was told was the service Manager, on Monday October 4th. Mixed experience. Great service once we were finally seen. Phone calls for an appointment are never returned although nobody tells you that when you call. Mechanic was helpful and friendly, however an issue we took the car in for was actually not addressed and now we have to go through the process of trying to get an appointment again because when we called him the same day and left a message it was never returned. . Meanwhile our headlights don’t work so we can’t drive at night which is inconvenient. More
