We had a little mix up on our last visit for a re-call appointment. We were greeted by a gentleman in the parking lot. He had our name and the reason we were there. We have only trusted Lithia of Medford to service our Prius since 2008 even though we have to drive an hour to get there. Excellent Service Reps. Worked with Thomas Pitts on a previous visit in Feb. and we appreciated that he approached us at our last visit to take the time to ask us if we had any more problems with the cruise control since it was worked on. We have had no problems. We've worked with all of the service reps at one time or another and have been more than satisfied with their service. Jarren Brown helped us this last visit and was no exception, paying attention to details and always courteous. He suggested using the hybrid performance service which seemed to have made a noticeable difference in how smooth the engine runs. More
