I’ve left voice messages on multiple occasions and not once gotten a return call. I’ve always had to make a second or third call. The last time I was in, my paperwork sat on the desk and no one came to once gotten a return call. I’ve always had to make a second or third call. The last time I was in, my paperwork sat on the desk and no one came to get me, the time before, they didn’t re-set my reminder and I had to take time off work a second time to go back in to turn it off. They checked on my heated steering wheel and told me it was fine and last night driving home it still hadn’t heated up in the 15 minute drive home when other times it heats up right away. It’s not working correctly. More

My only recommendation is that calling the Service department would be greatly improved if you could actually talk to someone, rather than given me.
