Regular maintenance We bought the regular maintenance package. Scheduling the appt. was easy. Shop was immaculate. Worked on my car at appt. time. Awesome service experience My vehicle had a low tire warning so I brought it to Shane to get checked out. They got my car in same day and found it had a broken tire sensor (they showed me the sensor so I could see it). They were able to fix the sensor and get me on my way in short order. Low pressure and helpful service. Sales reps (Andy and Aaron) were both helpful and friendly toward me and my wife. I do not like pushy sales people and when I shop I know what vehicle Sales reps (Andy and Aaron) were both helpful and friendly toward me and my wife. I do not like pushy sales people and when I shop I know what vehicle I'm looking for. Both Andy and Aaron were very helpful when I had questions about warranty, other services offered and inventory. Andy was the one who found the car we ended up buying and Aaron took over during the rest until Andy helped close. What I like is that they never tried to steer me away from what I came there for or try to sell me something I didn't want. More

Service department The service advisor, Shane, has been easy to work with, listening to what I needed/wanted when I first brought the car in. I had a small issue with ho The service advisor, Shane, has been easy to work with, listening to what I needed/wanted when I first brought the car in. I had a small issue with how the vehicle drove/felt on the highway so brought it back. Turned out it was well within specs but when I was explaining the issue to the mechanic, Justin(?) he said he could solve that, and he did. I'm completely happy with the way the car handles now. My thanks to both men for not just blowing me off. More
