Sales needs work! We have been driving Toyota's for 20 plus years. We have always had great service on our vehicles here in Missoula. Paul in the service Department has been great to work with over the years. The last 2 vehicles ,which are Toyota's, have been purchased from Dealerships out of town. I have found that Lithia has not been the best to work with when trying to make a deal to purchase a new vehicle. Dealerships in Spokane and Great Falls treated us much better and worked with us to make a better deal. The only reason the overall rating is as high as it is (4 stars) is due to the great service we receive. I will try Lithia one more time before I go out of town to make a purchase in a couple of years. After that if they don't have their sales act together I will not give them another chance. We love Toyota's! More
