I inquired about the car online and Lyle answered my inquiry almost immediately with a phone call. I made an appointment for 3 pm and I met Lyle who referred me to Keith Moreck who had prepared the car for a test drive and evaluated my trade in. Unlike prior experiences at other dealerships, the price for my trade in was actually reasonable and there wasn't much haggling necessary! The manager Sam stopped by to introduce himself, and Steve arranged for my financing through Oregon Community Credit Union professionally and honestly, as the new car was being prepared for me. By 5 pm I was driving the new car home. Thank you Lyle, Keith, Sam, and Steve for your teamwork in making the car purchasing process so smooth! More
