I VERY NEARLY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO YOUR LOCAL COMPETITOR, AS I HAD TO DO TO PURCHASE MY CURRENT VEHICLE BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE BY YOUR SALES PEOPLE, Service doesn't start when I pull into the shop.
