Key replacement for my Camper I had purchased a 2003 Camper but only had one key. Lithia Volkswagen ordered keys but they did not work. Good work except for going over inspection, or lack thereof They did a decently quick job getting my oil change and recall part done. Way better than last time when my oil change took almost 2 hours. This time they still had my car's work completed in two hours but it made more sense as to why. They didn't go over any of the reports with me when I returned to pick up my car and the mechanic has horrible handwriting so it's impossible to tell what was written on the inspection. I know what upkeep my car needs so it's fine that they didn't but that should probably be addressed for future customers. More

Recently they've added a texting function where service updates and questions can be asked via text message rather than over the phone. It was so efficient and helped avoid an endless game of phone tag because I was stuck in work meetings all day. Perry and Matt were very responsive and thorough, and I highly recommend the VW service shop. It's clear they value your time and want to ensure a good experience. My only unresolved issue was the lack of warranty coverage on the tires that came on the vehicle. 60k mile tires that wore out after 32k, and neither VW or Hankook can/will do anything about it. Less of a VW complaint and more about Hankook making poor OEM tires and not standing behind them. More

Johnny the Shop Foreman has worked on this car in the past and I'm very comfortable with his work. The Dealership has a pleasant place to wait and a friendly staff. I only wish I could afford one of those new GTI's in the showroom! More
Took twice as long as advised it would take. We arrived early, but was told they could get us in as they had space. Arrived at about 12:40. I was advised 1 hour for service and wash Found tires to be low on tread, but all else fine. Nearly 2 hours later, had to ask when the vehicle would be done. Recall work had been completed, car not washed, but waiting to get prices on tires. Seemed like it was more about selling me something than taking care of the recall and car wash in the specified time. I do not know the names of the staff I dealt with. I will not return unless it is recall related. More

Service review I thought the service with the car was fine but I was disappointed that I had to wait a little over an hour for a simple oil change with no rotation o I thought the service with the car was fine but I was disappointed that I had to wait a little over an hour for a simple oil change with no rotation of tires. That's why I made an appointment and didn't do a "walk in". Since it took nearly twice that long in August (August visit DID include rotation of tires) I thought I would skip the free car wash so I would get out of there sooner. Strangely, I went to the south side of the Lithia complex to have our other car serviced a couple days before that. It was so incredibly fast I couldn't believe it! 20 minutes TOPS! More

Some request I had were planned, for example full tank of gas, and 300 dollars knocked of my car payment, once the paper work was ran up none of these two planned ideas, instead they put the paper work back to the same listing amount and still sold me the car for asking price. More
