Poor Customer Service & Communication After the Sale I drove an hour and a half each way and bought a used vehicle from Lithia. We had an agreed upon price for my trade in but then Brandon hammered me over a difference of $250 so I agreed to the change as it was late and I was the last person in the dealership on a Tuesday night. I also only received 1 set of keys to the vehicle. In the morning I realized the front driver's side and passenger side windows were illegally tinted too dark and I had no front floor mats under the plastic covering. I reached out Lithia about both and they were going to charge me to remove the tint and they had some floor mats there but didn't know if they were to my vehicle. I paid $40 locally to have the tint removed the next day to avoid getting a ticket. My wife drove the vehicle to Lithia the next day to get the floor mats but they weren't to my vehicle. My wife said she had never been talked down to or treated so bad by anyone in sales in her life. They basically told us we bought a used vehicle and it comes as is. After several phone call discussions, Caleb said he talked to his GM who agreed to purchase us floor mats and he talked to the previous vehicle owner who had the other set of keys and she would return them so Lithia could mail to us.I have had the vehicle for a month and a half and have not received any front floor mats or spare keys and haven't heard a word from Lithia besides a text asking if floor mats have arrived. Throughout the buying process the most important thing to Lithia was their survey and giving them all 5's. As upset as my wife and I were with the process, we waited to take the survey until our customer service was finished to see if they could improve. I have not received any floor mats, a spare set of keys and they also took over 2 weeks to pay off my trade in. I also haven't heard a word from Lithia since my purchase. I should have bought local and received better customer service and follow up. Giving 3 stars is being generous for our buying experience. More
