2 hour oil change I had to wait three weeks just to get in. When I got to the dealership, I asked them to change a bulb for me along with the oil change, and I was also I had to wait three weeks just to get in. When I got to the dealership, I asked them to change a bulb for me along with the oil change, and I was also told they would wash it free of charge. 2 hours later they told me the car was ready. The bulb didnt get changed as requested and they didnt wash it. The oil change took 2 hours by itself. I planned on 30-45 minutes for that part. Very disappointed, and it was the second time this happened to me. More
