Test drive was very relaxed, negotiations were done with respect, and timelines were met. My car was ordered from Missouri initially, until the deal fell through between dealerships. Caleb was able to secure the car I ended up purchasing from Indiana, where it was shipped to Lithia, only one day later than I had initially planned for the first car. As a car guy who has tried a slew of manufacturers and dealerships, new and used, I have to say my experience with Caleb and Lithia was right at the top. I’d definitely recommend! More

Certified Pre-owned purchase I contacted Lithis for a quote on my trade in and Caleb contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. They must be short handed...felt like I was not important I called 4 times before I finally got a service rep to answer the phone, I let the phone ring 20 times. When I picked up my car no review was done on future needs or how they had inspected my car. Really felt like I was an inconvenience to the service people. Long waits for scheduled oil changes. I bought a used vehicle from Lithia last August, and decided to purchse oil changes for life too. This seems excessive and I honestly wish I had not purchased this option in hindsight. More
