We were immediately assisted by Trey and Lamont, who promptly showed us the two options that fit our criteria, a Tiguan and an Atlas. They were both very knowledgable about the vehicle specs and features. We ultimately decided on a Tiguan. The manager Scott was very helpful in clarifying the purchase process and pricing. Financing was smooth with Dwayne. Upon returning to the dealership for a minor issue (glue residue), Randall was willing and able to assist us promptly in Lamont's absence. I would highly recommend Randall, Lamont, or Trey to help you find the perfect vehicle that works for your family and budget. More

Unhappy with my purchase from the Audi dealership For a “premium dealership” they don’t do a thorough mechanical check up before putting a vehicle on the lot. I’ve owned my car for less than a week a For a “premium dealership” they don’t do a thorough mechanical check up before putting a vehicle on the lot. I’ve owned my car for less than a week and the brakes are already squealing and the cabin air filter was installed incorrectly and the door was off on it those are the only issues I’ve found so far. They claimed to have done a thorough review of the vehicle before I purchased it. Obviously the only thing they did was check air filters, change the oil, and detail the car. I didn’t even get a full tank of gas when I purchased the car. More
