The ease of making an appointment, and their ability to keep me informed about the progress and status of the work being performed helped me keep to my schedule of things that I was in DsM area to get completed, as I am from outside the metro area. Not a good experience! I made a service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with the earliest time slot 2 weeks out from my initial call. Upon arriving and pulli I made a service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with the earliest time slot 2 weeks out from my initial call. Upon arriving and pulling into the service drive I took a few minutes to gather my things and wait for my daughter. We then proceeded to walk into the dealership where I saw a concierge to my left and what appeared to be a service advisor in the service managers office chatting to my right and a vacant Service advisor’s desk before me. we stood there for about 5 minutes when a service advisor came from around the corner to his vacant desk and asked if anyone has helped us to which I answered, “no, no one has said a thing to me.” He proceeded to do what he needed to do having to take 2 trips out to my vehicle (once for mileage and another for the VIN...apparently never hearing my reply of no to his question, “Have you been to this dealership before?”) and complaining about the computer system the whole while. I was told to expect an hour to an hour and a half. When it was at the two hour mark I decided to go check on what was taking so long, only to find out that my advisor had left for lunch with no communication with me whatsoever. I approached a different advisor who tried to locate the paperwork for my vehicle all the while complaining about how unorganized my advisor’s desk was. He determined that my vehicle was almost done. I was hopeful! Another 20 minutes past when I decided that I needed to take a walk before I exploded with frustration! I went to tell the second advisor that I would be outside so he could find me once my vehicle was done. Just before I reached his desk I heard him say, “ I’m going to lunch.”. Then, he saw me and said, “ oh, your car is done”. Made me wonder if he was going to wait till after he came back from lunch to let me know this information. By the time I had paid for the oil change and tire rotation, 2 1/2 hours later, they pulled my vehicle up behind 2 others in the service drive making it extremely difficult to get out. I was so frustrated at this point I couldn’t wait any longer for them to move the other vehicles, I backed out of the service drive and left there hoping to never return. More
