They even made time to rotate my tires, when I asked for it 10 minutes after my car had been taken back for service. More

I won't be returning Over the last 20 years, we have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership (4 before it was purchased by Lithia). The 7th vehicle will be the last. The negotiation was fine, but everything that happened after the deal was made was a mess. Our car wasn't properly washed or detailed before delivery, but they wanted us to take it anyway after a tech had "given it a once over." The car was still filthy inside and had dried soap streaks and bugs on the windshield. On our request, they fit us in for detailing the next day, after which we discovered a rock chip in the windshield - I guess the pre-sale inspection wasn't as thorough as reported and the certification check sheet! The chip was repaired, but the windshield was not replaced, so we have a visible filled chip and we likely would not have completed the deal had we been able to see that. The following week, we received a document in the mail with indications for our signature, but no directions or explanation for what it was or what to do with it. We called for guidance, but didn't receive any response, so we went back to the dealership the following weekend. During that visit we mentioned a few outstanding issues in the deal and over the next few weeks, we contacted the dealership several times by phone and email to get an update on those issues: a duplicate key that was to be ordered/delivered, a check for the balance of our trade (we traded a more valuable vehicle than we purchased), and the status of our registration for the purchased vehicle. After 2 weeks, I finally caught the sales manager in the office (I called the main dealership line to get him, rather than the cell number on his card) and he wasn't familiar with my needs, despite all of the messages I had left and sent. I was told he would check into everything and get back to me. I got a call from someone in parts to give me an update on the key (it hadn't been ordered), but I never heard anything about my money or the registration. I called again late the next afternoon and I was told the check would be cut on the following Monday and could be picked up.. I was also told at that point that they needed me to come in and sign the title for the traded vehicle so I could get the registration for the purchased vehicle - at this point, I'd already owned the purchased car for 45 days and this was the first I had heard that they needed me to come sign the title! I stopped in on the following Tuesday to pick up the check and sign the title, plus to check on the key. The sales manager approached me in the lobby and told me the check had been mailed. Then, I asked him about signing the title. He had forgotten about that, and went to look for the paperwork. While I signed that, he went to check on my key, then came back and discovered it sitting on his desk. All in all, I did finally get my key and my money and my registration (complete with a penalty because it was transferred so late after the transaction), but without my persistence, I would still be waiting. The disorganization and lack of communication was appalling. More
