Diesel fix I was in for the phase 2 diesel fix on my 2015 Passat TDI SEL. They provided a loaner vehicle and while there, the tech discovered an oil leak coming I was in for the phase 2 diesel fix on my 2015 Passat TDI SEL. They provided a loaner vehicle and while there, the tech discovered an oil leak coming from the pan. They replaced the pan, filled it with new oil and did not charge me a cent! Thank you Lithia VW. More

Had to take car back multiple times So I had to take my car back multiple time for the same issue. Supprizing thing is, I told them the first time what the problem was and they didn’t ev So I had to take my car back multiple time for the same issue. Supprizing thing is, I told them the first time what the problem was and they didn’t even address that. They said it was something else causing the problem and gave me bs reasoning that was false, not happy one bit. Plus the repair took about 2 1/2 weeks when it should of only takin a few days. They also overcharged me big time. Not ever going back there again. More
