I took in for an annual service, oil change. Rep told they would top up engine coolant. They did not even top up, coolant is just at min level as before. AJ was the best salesperson I have ever encountered when purchasing a new vehicle! He is so knowledgeable about many vehicles besides VW’s to help in comparison to this vehicle so I could make a more inform purchasing a new vehicle! I service my golf tdi at this dealership. I have never had a problem with them that they didn’t resolve to my satisfaction. My current service advisor even returns phone calls which is somet I have never had a problem with them that they didn’t resolve to my satisfaction.
