Worst and most expensive service I've experienced I bought a used VW Golf from this dealership in August and I've had nothing but problems with it and I have had to put in over $2000 worth of necessar I bought a used VW Golf from this dealership in August and I've had nothing but problems with it and I have had to put in over $2000 worth of necessary repairs. Every time something goes wrong, even though it is obvious...there is a $140/hr diagnosis charge which has never taken less than 2 hours. The shuttle hours are much less than the average 8 hour work day and my car has never been done in less than 3 days. During my last oil change they came up with over $1500 worth of needed repairs and marked them as URGENT. A second opinion said these were unnecessary for at least another 30,000 miles. More

Service Center dishonest Was told car needed $900 worth of repairs. Took it to another establishment - just dust on the brakes. Service Review Last time I had my car serviced the diesel fuel emission additive wasn't filled. I went back after the oil change to get it filled. (Had to have my ca Last time I had my car serviced the diesel fuel emission additive wasn't filled. I went back after the oil change to get it filled. (Had to have my car towed in because all the oil leaked out driving down the road.) The tech who filled it spilled it on the trunk liner. The most recent change went perfectly but I had to ask for the crystallized exhaust emission additive to be cleaned from the trunk liner instead of the tech taking the initiative to clean it up. I was disappointed by this. Take pride in your work. More

But the technician quickly offered me a car to use, so I could run some important, time sensitive errands while my car was being serviced. I definitely appreciated her effort to go above and beyond and offer a loaner vehicle. My only issue is that customarily, a service technician will go over the report they send with you (with the red, yellow, and green colors), detailing the various check points performed as part of the service. Perhaps it was due to it being a Saturday and that a service technician was unavailable to go over the findings with me, but I discovered at home a day later than one of my fluid levels need attention. I would have appreciated this being pointed out to me on the day of service. They typically are. More
