My wife and I recently purchased an ID4 from this dealership. Guy Horton was our salesperson and was very informed. He returned calls promptly and was very professional. He was very informed on the ID4, which is rare because most salespeople are not informed on EVs. We will come to him again for our car needs. Our finance specialist was Randy Maddy and he was the best finance specialist i've worked with. I had a reference rate from a credit union that he was able to soundly beat. He knew the benefits of his add-on products and gave us the time to consider which ones we wanted to get. I was shocked at how easy he was to work with considering my past experiences in other finance departments. In short, my wife and I were treated the way I would expect to be treated in a best case scenario. From time of ordering to delivery I felt as though I received the attention that I deserved.
