"Nice to interact with a car enthusiast"
I've dealt with Lithia Volkswagen in the past and the experiences have not been great, but when I went shopping for a new crossover this month I met Steve. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and their pros and cons. He did a great job explaining questions I had about the vehicles' performance, maintenance, and warranty. It was refreshing to interact with a salesman who knew something about the cars he was charged with selling. Too many salespeople out there are clueless about the vehicles they are selling.
My 3 star rating is based on past experience with the service department, which was horrible.

We purchased a grand Cherokee Jeep from Lithia Volkswagen. Our sales guy Efren was great! But when it was time to get our keys for the car they only had one key. We have purchased vehicles from 3 or 4 different dealerships and we have always received two sets of keys. When we asked if they would get us another set we were told no. The car we traded in had two sets of keys so we would expect to get two sets with our vehicle we purchased. We were told that a manager would call us and still no call.
"Recall replacement of ABS module and fuse panel."
Easy to work with, no questions asked. Work done same day. They replaced the ABS Module and fuse panel which were recall items, and my ABS module had actually failed. They didall the paperwork, all i find was sign it. Great people!
