Called the night before driving 3. 5 hrs to verify the car I wanted was there. I was assured it was. Not to mention I knew more about the product than the salesperson did. Not impressed and I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. More

Lithia VW does not stand behind the cars they sell, I purchased a Ford explorer from them and 13 days and 200 miles later the engine seized. I have been without a car for over 2 months. I paid for an ext purchased a Ford explorer from them and 13 days and 200 miles later the engine seized. I have been without a car for over 2 months. I paid for an extended warranty, it took over a month for the work to be approved, now I am being told it will take months to get parts. I went back to lithia and asked if there was anything they could do to help considering they sold me a car with a bad motor, and they are unwilling to help. I asked if they would take it back and they said no, I was even willing to trade for something else and lose substantial amounts of money but they wouldn't. I'm very disappointed. More
