Easy in and out, helpful. Brought our Jetta in for the lifetime oil Change and inspection and they were very thorough in their report on our car. The only thing I might point o Brought our Jetta in for the lifetime oil Change and inspection and they were very thorough in their report on our car. The only thing I might point out is they made us aware of potential future problems in the report, but did not really explain to us the urgency of said problems. For instance, serpentine belt needs replacing. Other than, they were fast and friendly - very satisfied with our experience. More
