Rick Souza is THE BEST Service Representative Ever since I purchased my Prius from Livermore Toyota, I have brought it in to Livermore Toyota for service. On one of my first service visits, I was Ever since I purchased my Prius from Livermore Toyota, I have brought it in to Livermore Toyota for service. On one of my first service visits, I was fortunate to get Rick Souza as my representative and ever since I always make sure to ask for him. Rick is very thorough, honest and he has the best interests of the customer at heart. I once brought my Prius in for a "Check Engine" issue and the result would have been a very expensive repair job, however, Rick took the time to review my file and he saw that I had an extended warranty and the issue was fully covered.
